
As part of our annual Collection Development Plan, a survey is pushed out to faculty and staff members. The survey questions what is working and what is not working in the media center.
Faculty and staff members can add open-ended comments, make suggestions, and provide feedback that will enable the media center to be the best place it can be for everyone on campus.

Utilizing the feedback from the surveys, the LMS begins adding suggested titles to the catalog, making necessary changes, and working with faculty and staff (and administration, if needed) to make any necessary changes.
Scheduling and sustained reading in the classroom seem to be the biggest hurdles for the teachers, which will take administrative support in the future.
Because it is the administrator's first year, there was not as much opportunity to provide feedback on scheduling. Hopefully, this will be a priority in the future.
